- Notify us promptly of any structural issues or necessary repairs
B. If You Co-Host Your Property with Us
As a property owner using our co-hosting services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your property and existing listings
- Maintain the property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws
- Grant us the necessary access and permissions to manage your listings and guest communications
- Ensure your property meets safety and habitability standards
3. Service Agreement Terms
A. Lease Agreements
Lease agreements between property owners and Onyx And Truss include:
- Fixed monthly rent payments to the property owner
- Lease duration and renewal terms as specified in the lease agreement
- Onyx And Truss's right to operate the property as luxury corporate housing
B. Co-Hosting Agreements
Co-hosting agreements between property owners and Onyx And Truss include:
- Management fee structure and payment terms as specified in the co-hosting agreement
- Scope of services provided, including listing management, guest communication, and revenue
collection
- Agreement duration and termination terms
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of
Onyx And Truss and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
- Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without authorization

5. Limitation of Liability

- Your failure to maintain proper insurance or permits
7. Term and Termination
The term of our service agreement is specified in your individual contract. Either party may terminate
the agreement:
- With written notice as specified in the contract
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately if required by law or platform policy
Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees and expenses must be settled
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including financial data

9. Dispute Resolution

constitute the entire agreement between you and Onyx And Truss regarding our services.
